1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply when used in relation to ber88:

4.2 Minimum deposits

7. Gaming Rules

In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, the individual game rules take precedence for that specific game.

7.1 Bets and wagers

7.2 Errors and malfunctions

8. Fair Play Policy

ber88 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation:

• Multi-accounting: registering or operating more than one account at ber88, whether under your own name or under false information.
• Collusion: coordinating with other players in poker, live casino, or any other game type in a way that unfairly advantages one or more participants.
• Automated betting software: using bots, macros, scripts, or any automated tool to place bets, manage accounts, or interact with the ber88 platform without genuine human input.

Upon closure of an account in good standing, any verified real-money balance — excluding bonus funds not yet earned through valid wagering — will be returned to the payment method associated with the account after applicable review.

12. Intellectual Property
